This landscape original oil painitng was inspired from a hike in Swift Creek River Nature Preserve, Cary, North Carolina.

Colors include shades of blue and green.  I used a minimal palette for a monochromatic feel.

The original oil painting has a loose impasto style applied with palette knife.
