This landscape painting was inspired from a marsh in Guilford , CT. We often walk down near the beach whenever I visit my sister, I always loved the setting. The pink and blue sky was incredible with the clouds drifting across the canvas.

The original oil painting had a loose impasto style applied with palette knife.
